What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. If your item is damaged, we cannot be held responsible. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if your not satisfied.

Are your boxes filled from the
bottom?

Boxes are filled from the top view only. The remainder of the box is filled with gift wrap/ box filler.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship within mainland UK, International. This does not include offshore islands.

When will my delivery arrive ?

All deliveries are 1-3 working days and MUST be signed for. Delivery does not include weekends as our delivery team is Monday- Friday.

ARE THE FLOWERS LONG- LASTING?

All flowers with FBC are artificial, meaning that they can be displayed for decoration tool

What are your box sizes?

All dimensions for each box can be found in the product descriptions on 'SHOP'. Please ensure you order the correct size box as we cannot take responsibility for wrong box sizes.

Can I Add any chocolates?

if you would like a specific food item that is not listed, please add it into the other requirements' box. If we cannot meet your requirements you will be contacted by email.
